Paul, I enjoy hearing your comments about riding in CO. I lived in Denver 80 to 85 and Rangely 85 to 89. Got a ticket from Henry just west of Rangely in 1981 riding my 80 XS Eleven. Henry was an infamous CSP patrolman in the Rio Blanco county area in the early 80s. I did ride Independence pass and RMNP last year with my brothers but didn't get west of Grandby - CO is good times and good memories for me. Hope to go back there again for more riding. I'm envious of your ride except I hope you were awake enough to have enjoyed it.
